1. Standard type

Several methods of installing bearing box with snap ring and fixing plate.
Installing bearings with set screws will cause deformation of bearing housings and should be avoided as far as possible.

2. Flange type

When installing flange type linear bearing, the matching bearing box bore surface accuracy must be accurate.

3. Adjustable integer (small opening type)

When the opening on the bearing is perpendicular to the opening on the bearing box, a uniform preload in the circumferential direction can be obtained.

4. Large opening type

If it is used with a suitable bearing seat, the clearance of the large opening bearing can also be adjusted, and even the preload can be lightened.

5. Precautions during installation

When installing the linear bearing into the bearing seat, auxiliary work should be used to avoid directly knocking on the end face or sealing ring. The bearing should be used to guide it evenly, and the buffer plate should be used to install it with the help of gentle knocking.
When the optical axis penetrates into the linear bearing, the center line of the shaft and bearing must be in a straight line. If the shaft is inserted obliquely, the ball may fall off, or the cage may be deformed, thus causing damage to the linear bearing.
The external load should be evenly distributed on the whole bearing, especially when bearing instantaneous load, two or more bearings should be used. Linear bearing does not bear the rotating load, otherwise it may lead to accidents.
