Fault identification method of bearing
It is very important to identify or predict the failure of bearings in operation without disassembly inspection, which is very important to improve productivity and economy.
The main identification methods are as follows:
1) Identify by sound.
Recognition by sound requires rich experience. Must be fully trained to be able to distinguish between bearing sound and non-bearing sound.
To this end, we should try our best to carry out this work by special personnel. The sound of the bearing can be clearly heard by sticking a listening device or a listening stick on the housing.
2) Identification by working temperature.
This method is a comparative identification method, which is only used in situations where the operating state is not changing much. Therefore, it is necessary to record the temperature continuously.
When a fault occurs, the temperature will not only rise, but also change irregularly.
This method is suitable to be combined with voice recognition method.
3) Identify by the state of lubricant.
Sample and analyze the lubricant, and judge whether it is mixed with foreign matter or metal powder by its dirty degree.
This method is especially effective for bearings or large bearings that cannot be observed close.
