Failure form of rolling bearing
Abnormal heating, vibration and sudden increase of noise occur in the running process of the rolling imported bearing, which indicates that the rolling imported bearing may have been damaged, and the reasons should be checked and analyzed in time. Common failure forms are:
1. Fatigue spalling
On the raceway or roller surface of the rolling inlet bearing, the surface metal of the contact surface exfoliates and gradually expands to form pits due to the alternating load. If the operation continues, an area peeling area will be formed. Due to improper installation or the inclination of the bearing seat hole and the center line of the shaft, the local area of the bearing will bear a large load and early fatigue failure will occur.
2. Cracks and fractures
Material defects, improper heat treatment, excessive fit interference and improper combination design, such as stress concentration caused by grooves on the bearing surface, will form cracks and fractures of the ring.
3. Indentation
When external hard particles enter the bearing and are pressed between the roller and the raceway, the rolling surface can be indented. In addition, excessive impact load can also cause local plastic deformation of the contact surface and form pits. When the bearing is at rest, even if the load is small, pits will be evenly distributed on the raceway due to the vibration of the surrounding environment.
4. Wear and tear
When the sealing of rolling bearing is not good, dust or particulate matter will enter the bearing, or the lubrication is not good, which will cause serious scratches or wear on the contact surface and increase the vibration and noise of the bearing.
5. Current corrosion
When the current passes through the bearing, it will produce a small spark, which will lead to local annealing of the contact surface and the appearance of pits or black bright spots. If the situation is serious, large pits will appear.
6. Rust
Water or acid, alkali, salt and other substances invade the bearing or improper selection of lubricant will lead to bearing corrosion, and even slight corrosion of precision bearing will make the bearing scrapped.
7. The cage is damaged
Rolling bearings, especially high-speed bearings, are short of lubricant, which makes the contact between the cage and the roller or the ring wear, collide and even cause the cage to break.

The service life of sealed imported bearings depends largely on their sealing performance. At present, the sealing ring of imported bearings is a folded-edge skeleton, which is usually installed by hand. The main disadvantages are poor elastic strength, poor assembly performance and poor sealing performance.
The imported bearing dust-proof sealing ring adopts hook-shaped crimping structure, which has the following advantages compared with the prior art:
Good sealing performance and high sealing strength, because the hook-shaped crimping structure of the skeleton effectively increases the elasticity of the sealing ring, and compensates the influence of the size dispersion of the mouth to the maximum extent. It not only depends on the elasticity of the sealing elastomer, but also on the elasticity and strength generated by the crimping structure, which improves the qualification rate of capping, and can be mechanically pressed and effectively compacted.
