Causes, phenomena and treatment methods of bearing temperature rise


1. The reason of bearing temperature rise:

(1). The bearing cooling water is interrupted.

(2) The oil quality is deteriorated, and the oil itself is not clean or the oil is deteriorated in operation. For example, the increase of water in the oil will increase the acidity of the oil, which will reduce the lubricating effect of the oil, corrode the bearing bush and cause the bearing temperature to rise.

2. Phenomenon:

(1) There is an alarm bell ringing.

(2). The light plate of hydraulic machinery fault on the side plate of the machine lights up, the temperature of the instrument indicating the bearing temperature rises, and the signal relay acts.

(3) The black needle of thermometer dial (expansion thermometer) coincides with or exceeds the yellow needle.

(4) Send out the fault signal of bearing temperature rising.

Step 3 deal with

When the bearing temperature rises, first judge whether it is misoperation. If it does rise, the following measures should be taken:

(1). Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be that the filter is blocked and cannot be treated in time, it can be stopped for treatment, and then put into use when it is confirmed that it can work.

(2) Check the oil pressure of the governor. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.

(3) Check whether the bearing has abnormal sound, and check whether the bearing swing is abnormal.

(4) Take an oil sample to observe whether the oil color has changed, and conduct tests to see if it has deteriorated. If the deterioration is confirmed, stop the machine and replace it with new oil.

(5). Check whether the oil level of the oil mark is normal. If it is abnormal, check whether the oil drain valve of the oil tank is closed. If it has been closed tightly, it should be replenished with oil. If it is oil leakage from the sealing rubber gasket, it should be stopped for treatment.
